Apple Ginger Carrot Juice

Carrot is one of the most favorite ingredient for women as mentioning to natural beauty therapy. Among different, healthy recipes with carrot, make a cup of juice is most preferable. There are also some sub-ingredients to make  perfect carrot juice. This recipe is just one example: Apple Ginger Carrot Juice.

INGREDIENTS

8 Large Fresh Cleaned Carrots
1/2 Inch Of Fresh Ginger
2 Large Fresh Granny Smith Green Apples
1 Large Fresh Mint Sprig

DIRECTIONS

1. Carrots, apples, ginger: thoroughly wash and rinse with water, cut them into cubes as your desire.

2. With a blender or juicer, blend all the ingredients until smooth.

3. Pour into a tall glass and garnish with a fresh mint.

Depending on your flavor, you can use a larger piece of ginger create an extremely strong ginger flavor.
