Mimosa Cocktail – Ready To Burn Out!

A popular early morning cocktail that will make your breakfast or brunch a very special occasion. The champagne in this recipe adds just the right amount of bubblies.

Surely that you have will be surprised by its name: Mimosa. Honestly, the same thought goes to me, Mimosa remind me about a simple flowers in Da Lat, High Central of Vietnam, my home town, not a type of drink.  However, that will lasting no longer when you see the work done. The mimosa color is created by orange juice and champagne, when serving, the glass will be decorated with an orange slice.

The first step is pour the orange juice over the ice until the glass is about half full.

The second step is slowly add the champagne until the glass is full.

Do not make the a converse tenique unless you do not enjoy your work.

Shaking and serve cold. You are ready to burn out?
