Pepitas Smoothie

Halloween’s traditional ornament – pumkin bring us its seeds (known as Pepita) with many health benefits that not many people are alerted.

You can buy any packaged pumkin seeds in bulk in any supermarket. However, why you waste your money on it while it is fun and easy to make your own. Remove the seeds from the pumkin and roast them and there you are.

With some pepitas, I can use in variation of recipes: top salads, soups, and cereals, or in pilafs, toast with spices and enjoy as a savory snack, and so on.

Not take you too much time to make, the pepitas smoothie is the most easy drink that I can present you. Available all time.

3 ingredients:

1. 1/4 fresh pineapple (wash carefully and peel)

2. 1/4 cup of whole pepitas (pumpkin seeds)

3. 1 cup of the best plain yogurt (goat over cow yogurt)

Blend them in a blender and then add some ice cubes to serve. How do you feel?
