Scrambled Eggs With Shrimps

This is a delicious and simple appetizer for a breaking day meal. When making this dish for the first time, I must speak out loud that It’s amazing how good this dish was, how simple it was, how easy and fast it was. How about you?


6 Shimps, head removed and peeled
6 eggs, 150 gr ground lean pork,
steamed 6 bok choys
garlic, ginger, green scallions, all finely chopped,
seasonings, black peppers, dried chilli flakes, soy sauce,
6 small rice bowls


You need a medium bowl to marinated ground lean pork with seasonings, pepper, 1 tsp of soy sauce, dried chillli flakes. Set aside for about 5 minutes.
In an other bowl, season shrimps with chopped garlic, ginger, soy sauce. Set aside for 5 minutes.
Now, take your rice serving bowl: put 1 shrimp on the bottom, next put a 1/2 inch-thick layer of ground lean pork on the shrimp, use a spoon to spread the ground pork evenly to cover the shrimp and nicely on the bowl shape. Complete by beating 1 egg on top. (see photo)
Make with 5 bowls left. And then shrimp steaming is last for about 12 – 15 minutes and then remove shrimps out. While waiting for shrimps well steamed, stir fry bok choys with chopped garlic as your style.
Serve the scrambled eggs with shrimps with stir fried bok choys.
