The Passion Of Tea Enjoying

For years, many people not only do drink green tea as a healthy brew, but do they enjoy every cup of tea as an art from their passion. It also was many others amazingly fragrant Asian teas that knocked coffee off their morning routine, and then began enjoying tea throughout the entire day. 

There are so many varieties of tea available all around the world from drying methods, mixing all contribute to the flavor. More and more gourmets prefer tea to coffee or any other modern beverages due to its health benefits and more, the art of tea tasting.

Remind me about green tea benefits, besides reducing your risk of heart disease and cancer, green tea works like liquid vegetables as it stages an anti-inflammatory fight inside your body. Also a green tea diet is a great way to speed your weight loss and supply your body with vital antioxidants. The many wonderful benefits of green tea include not only the decrease in free radicals, but accelerated weight loss, along with higher metabolism and a greater natural ability to burn fat.

Green tea is an important product that must be consumed at least twice a day. Hot or cold, add some lemon juice to perk up the tea’s flavor and kick up the antioxidants.

Green tea is now proccessed to use in kitchen snippets with many wonderful recipes not only drink but cakes for dessert or side dishes.

I love matcha cupcakes very much and usually my favorite dessert every weekend with my family. Enjoying matcha cupcakes along with green tea cup is so interesting. By the way, I am very glad to share you my recipe. To be honest, it is not my own recipe but I learnt from one of my friend then it becomes my to do list all time. ( These cakes are suger-free, gluten free). With a warm lemon green tea cup, it is perfect to feel the life.

MATCHA GREEN TEA CUPCAKES (you can see them then)

You need: 

1 tablespoon matcha green tea powder

1 cup warm unsweetened almond milk

1/2 cup melted coconut

1/2 cup agave

2/3 cup Swerve

2 teaspoons vanilla

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 cup all-purpose gluten-free flour

1/2 cup arrowroot flour|

1/4 cup white rice flour

2 tablespoons golden ground flax meal

2 teaspoons gluten-free baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum

1/4 teaspoon Celtic Sea salt

Let’s make it step-by-step

1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.

2. Whisk together warm unsweetened almond milk, melted coconut oil, agave, Swerve, vanilla, and lemon juice; set aside.

3. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, arrowroot flour, white rice flour, ground flax seed, matcha green tea powder, gluten-free baking powder, baking soda, xanthan gum, and salt.

4. Switch to a paddle attachment. Add prepared dry mixture to prepared wet mixture and blend until well incorporated. Allow batter to stand for 2 minutes.

5. Line a 12-cup muffin tin with foil liners. With an ice cream scoop, pour 1/3 cup batter into each prepared cup. Bake the cupcakes on the center rack for 22 minutes, rotating the baking sheet after 15 minutes. Cupcakes are done when golden and bounce back when gently touched in the center.

6. Transfer cupcakes to a wire rack and cool completely.
