Papaya – The fruit of angel

As we know, eating well regime can be more beneficial than our visualisation. One of my favorite healthy recipes is smoothie from variation of fruits. Are these listed on your handbook: strawberry, banana, kiwi, papaya, and so on.

Whether you eat them raw or make yourself smoothies, kinds of fruits are the wonderful source of nutrients, anti inflammation, against diseases.

As living in Asian, I would like to introduce one of the healthiest and most nutritive fruit as a native of tropics, Papaya.

As a great idea for breakfast, papaya smoothie is delicious and rich nutrients treat. Recipe includes: a handful of blueberries along with a half cup of chopped papaya and 4 hulled and halved strawberries. If you like, add more 1/2 cup almond milk, then blend with a dash of vanilla and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Is it wonderful? Absolutely, I must say.

However, that is not obliged to do the same recipe like mine, just simply make your own classic smoothie with blended papaya plus optional other fruits. Common added ingredients are strawberry, or ginger, or peach, or mints. Let enjoy your taste.

1 1/2 cups frozen papaya
5 frozen strawberries
1/2-1 container peach soy yogurt
5 coconut water ice cubes
1 small banana, fresh or frozen
1 cup soy milk
1/4 cup fruit juice (pineapple, mango, orange, apple other)

Blend all ingredients and make a great chunk. Do you like it? mmmm!!
